The Sunday Times yesterday (November 16th, 2008) described the Christmas pudding from Tara's naturally as the Best..... "Tara's Handmade - I tried Tara Breen's pudding last year and was blown away. Made in Co Waterford, Ireland, it has a wonderful depth of flavour and a light, open texture."

Following on from the Gold medal won at the international Great Taste awards in 2005, Tara was really pleased at this latest accolade.

"It shows that small companies can really compete internationally and confirms to an international audience that County Waterford is a food destination" she enthused, "we are already getting calls from the UK and Ireland."
